Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers warmly, ensuring a welcoming environment in our retail locations.
- Demonstrate and explain products and services to customers, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat customers to drive loyalty.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and stocked with inventory.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail is preferred but not mandatory for high performers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation is required for this role.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn new sales techniques.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as required.
