Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage new clients through strategic outreach methods (cold calls, networking events, digital campaigns)
- Conduct in-person product demonstrations at client sites across San Jose and Northern California
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through consultative selling approaches
- Collaborate with marketing teams to generate qualified leads and optimize sales funnels
- Track sales activities and outcomes using our CRM system to ensure target attainment
- Participate in weekly coaching sessions to refine techniques and overcome challenges
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred but not required)
- Strong verbal communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts clearly
- Self-motivated with proven ability to work independently without supervision
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
- Comfortable with technology and quick learner of new software systems
- Resilience to handle rejection and maintain positive attitude in competitive markets
- Authorization to work in the United States
