Responsibilities
- Generate new business through proactive cold calling, networking, and door-to-door prospecting.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and clients.
- Present product demonstrations and conduct effective sales pitches to prospective clients.
- Close deals and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Collaborate with marketing to refine sales strategies and campaign execution.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.
- Attend weekly sales training and team development meetings.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in outside sales or B2B sales (1+ years preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong "hunter" mentality and drive to succeed.
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
