Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound and inbound sales calls to qualified leads during the night shift.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure retention and loyalty.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets (KPIs) consistently.
- Accurately enter customer data into the CRM system and ensure 100% data integrity.
- Handle objections professionally and transition leads into closed deals.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless customer handovers and continuity.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers quickly and effectively.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or office-based night shift environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts.
