What You’ll Do:

Responsibilities
- Drive store traffic and increase sales conversion rates during weekend shifts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure retention.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked with merchandise.
- Collaborate with the management team to meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
- Stay informed about product knowledge and company promotions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail or sales experience preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and holidays.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve financial goals.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
