Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities in the San Diego territory
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed quarterly targets
- Build strong relationships with C-level decision-makers across industries
- Present product solutions through compelling in-person and virtual demonstrations
- Close complex deals while maintaining long-term client partnerships
- Collaborate with marketing to develop territory-specific campaigns
- Track sales metrics using CRM and provide weekly performance reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience with documented success
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets (100%+ achievement)
- Expertise in consultative selling and complex negotiation
- Proficient with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
- Strong communication skills with executive presence
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
