Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Utilize various channels to identify and qualify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Client Engagement: Conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails to schedule meetings and present product solutions to potential clients.
- Needs Assessment: actively listen to customer needs to recommend tailored solutions that drive revenue growth.
- CRM Management: Accurately log all interactions, activities, and pipeline data into Salesforce and other CRM platforms in real-time.
- Objection Handling: Overcome common objections and negotiate terms to close deals effectively.
- Follow-Through: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing and onboarding.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or Customer Service.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, persuasive tone.
- Dedication: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
