Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations with prospective clients to demonstrate our products/services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention and upsell opportunities.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to provide strategic insights.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in outside sales or business development.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and earn high commissions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
