Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new business through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments with decision-makers within the target market.
- Present product demonstrations and clearly articulate value propositions to potential clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
- Track all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and improve lead quality.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional tone.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus but not required.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
