Your Role
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be the voice of our brand, connecting with potential clients and driving revenue growth during the critical evening hours.
Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting and cold calling campaigns during night hours.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through inbound and outbound channels.
- Manage and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Present product demos and overcome objections to close sales.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or lead generation.
- Must be available to work a night shift schedule (10 PM - 7 AM).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
