Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Outreach: Utilize CRM software and various calling strategies to identify and qualify new leads within the assigned territory.
- Client Engagement: Conduct outbound calls and emails to present our solutions, address client needs, and drive revenue growth.
- Relationship Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions and customer information in our Salesforce CRM.
- Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing, ensuring targets are met on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Closing & Negotiation: Demonstrate the ability to handle objections and negotiate terms to close deals effectively.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align on lead generation strategies and provide feedback on market trends.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or Customer Success roles.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, persuasive tone.
- CRM Proficiency: Demonstrated experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Dedication: Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent sales experience.
- Location: Must be willing to work from our New Orleans, LA office.
