Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Develop and maintain deep product expertise to consultatively solve client challenges
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction metrics
- Collaborate with marketing and account management teams for seamless client transitions
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track sales activities and forecast pipeline accurately
- Participate in weekly sales training to refine negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities in the Texas territory
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B inside sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Strong analytical mindset for pipeline management and opportunity prioritization
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Experience selling SaaS solutions or technology products highly desirable
- Self-motivated with ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
