Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Outreach: Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns via phone, email, and social media to generate new business leads.
- Demonstrations: Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, clearly articulating value propositions.
- Closing Deals: Negotiate contracts, overcome objections, and close new business deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide feedback to the product and marketing teams.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or account management.
- Track Record: Demonstrated history of exceeding sales quotas and meeting aggressive KPIs.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and influence.
- CRM Proficiency: Strong familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated, self-directed individual capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Travel: Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings and networking events.
