Responsibilities
- Outbound Prospecting: Conduct high-volume cold calling and email campaigns to generate new business leads.
- Lead Management: Qualify incoming and outbound leads, identifying customer pain points and needs.
- Client Engagement: Present product demonstrations and articulate value propositions to potential clients effectively.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas to drive company revenue growth.
- CRM Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and management teams to refine sales strategies and campaigns.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Experience: No prior sales experience required; we train motivated candidates.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, persuasive tone.
- Digital Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new CRM software.
