Responsibilities
- Drive Sales: Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products or services to meet their requirements.
- Customer Service: Provide a world-class shopping experience by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Transaction Processing: Accurately operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, process payments, and handle returns or exchanges efficiently.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
- Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining store appearance, stocking shelves, and ensuring product displays are organized and appealing.
- Upselling: Identify opportunities to increase the average transaction value by suggesting add-ons or upgrades.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory counts as required.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of customers.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Attitude: A positive, energetic, and customer-focused mindset.
- Skills: Basic math skills for cash handling; proficiency with technology and POS systems.
