Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate new business opportunities
- Develop customized solutions for clients while maintaining a robust sales pipeline
- Collaborate with marketing team to execute targeted outreach campaigns
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas and KPIs
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track all customer interactions and sales activities
- Present product demonstrations and conduct needs assessment calls
- Build long-term client relationships through exceptional post-sale support
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales or B2B sales experience required
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- Strong analytical skills with ability to articulate technical solutions
- Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset
