Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through inbound/outbound calls and digital channels
- Present product solutions to prospective clients via virtual demonstrations
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining CRM data accuracy
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consultative selling
- Attend weekly sales training and performance review sessions
- Track and report sales metrics using Salesforce and proprietary analytics
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience with documented quota achievement
- Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Strong negotiation and closing techniques in a consultative selling model
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work independently on weekend shifts
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Technical aptitude to quickly master new products and software systems
- Valid US work authorization and reliable transportation to office
