Your Mission:
As an Inside Sales Rep, you will be the first line of offense for our B2B clients. You will identify leads, qualify prospects, and close deals that drive revenue for the company.
Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate new business opportunities.
- Qualify inbound leads and schedule demos with decision-makers within the target market.
- Present product demos and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and close.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and improve lead quality.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas consistently.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in inside sales or outbound sales (1+ years preferred).
- Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Self-motivated and resilient, with a 'hunter' mentality.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to a fast-paced sales environment.
