Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through inbound/outbound calls, emails, and CRM outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling techniques
- Exceed monthly sales targets by effectively communicating product value propositions
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales strategies
- Manage sales pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring accurate forecasting and documentation
- Conduct product demonstrations and handle client objections professionally
- Participate in weekend team huddles and quarterly sales reviews
Qualifications
- 3+ years of inside sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with ability to close deals remotely
- Strong time management and organizational abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with hunter mentality and desire for uncapped commission potential
- Weekend availability (Sat/Sun) with flexibility for occasional weekday evening shifts
