Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue quotas.
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting and cold calling to generate qualified leads.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and clients.
- Present product demonstrations and customized solutions tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate terms of sale and close deals efficiently and effectively.
- Track and analyze sales metrics to optimize performance and forecasting.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of proven B2B Outside Sales or Business Development experience.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for territory travel.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in a competitive market.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
