Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to prospective clients during weekend shifts.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Process sales orders and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads to ensure high conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or customer service.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Willingness and ability to work weekend shifts (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
