Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Present product solutions to potential clients and close sales deals
- Exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets through strategic account management
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies
- Maintain accurate CRM records and generate performance reports
- Participate in ongoing training to master product knowledge and sales techniques
- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales or relevant experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
