Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new business leads via phone and email.
- Present product demonstrations and handle inbound/outbound sales inquiries.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system (Salesforce/HubSpot).
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales or B2B Sales.
- Proven track record of meeting sales quotas consistently.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing preferred.
