Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on high-quality service and sales conversion.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and repeat business.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Utilize CRM software to accurately log interactions and track sales progress.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize revenue per customer.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless customer transitions and information flow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business or Communications is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or call center environments.
- Must be available to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficient in using computer applications and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
