Responsibilities
- Drive sales and revenue growth through exceptional customer service and relationship building.
- Engage with incoming and walk-in customers to identify needs and present solutions that exceed expectations.
- Manage the sales floor effectively, including merchandising, inventory organization, and maintaining a pristine store environment.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS).
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and store goals.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to convert interest into closed sales.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous sales experience in retail, automotive, or hospitality is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) as required by the schedule.
