Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new business relationships with local Arizona companies
- Present and demo our SaaS solutions to qualified leads via video conferencing
- Exceed monthly sales quotas through strategic outbound calling and email campaigns
- Collaborate with marketing to refine lead generation strategies for the Phoenix market
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline documentation
- Participate in weekly sales training and product knowledge workshops
- Represent Nexus Solutions at local networking events and industry conferences
Qualifications
- 3+ years of inside sales experience with B2B SaaS or tech products
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Arizona business landscape preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Valid driver's license for occasional local client meetings
