Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and email outreach.
- Manage and nurture a robust pipeline of leads using Salesforce or HubSpot CRM.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentation calls to prospective clients to uncover needs and recommend tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals and achieve monthly/quarterly sales quotas.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Customer Success teams to refine sales strategies and improve lead quality.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities within the CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to provide expert guidance to prospects.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Lead Generation.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a commission-based environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on active listening.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) and MS Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and a competitive drive.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, as required to support different time zones (Denver, CO - Virginia).
- A valid driverβs license and reliable transportation for occasional team meetings.
