Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through targeted outreach across California and Pacific Northwest markets
- Execute consultative sales presentations via video conferencing during peak business hoursClose high-value SaaS contracts with average deal values of $15K-$50K
- Maintain 100% CRM compliance with Salesforce activity tracking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to overcome technical objections
- Exceed monthly quotas while maintaining 85%+ customer satisfaction scores
- Participate in weekly strategy sessions to refine sales methodologies
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B inside sales experience with SaaS or technology products
- Proven track record of exceeding $500K annual sales quotas
- Expert proficiency in Salesforce and HubSpot
- Availability to work 8 PM - 5 AM PT (Monday-Friday)
- Strong understanding of California and Washington business landscapes
- Certified in Salesforce Sales Cloud or HubSpot Sales Hub
- Exceptional negotiation skills with C-level decision-makers
- Ability to thrive in remote, asynchronous communication environments
