Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through inbound/outbound calls, emails, and CRM management
- Present product solutions tailored to client needs and close sales agreements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies
- Document all interactions in Salesforce and maintain accurate pipeline data
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B inside sales experience with proven track record of meeting quotas
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with ability to build rapport
- Strong time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple priorities
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts) with flexible weekday hours
- BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
