Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound calling campaigns to generate new business opportunities.
- Qualify leads, present product solutions, and close sales over the phone.
- Manage the sales pipeline within the CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot) to ensure accurate forecasting.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas consistently.
- Build and maintain strong rapport with prospects and existing clients.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to refine sales strategies and scripts.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Telemarketing, or Customer Success.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner.
- Availability to work the Weekend Shift (Friday - Sunday).
- Proficiency with CRM software and computer systems.
- A self-starter mentality with a drive to earn uncapped income.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
