Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive prospecting and relationship management.
- Client Management: Manage a portfolio of clients, conducting regular check-ins and presenting solutions that meet their evolving needs.
- Product Demonstration: Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients during evening hours.
- Objection Handling: Address client concerns effectively and navigate the sales cycle to close high-value contracts.
- Market Analysis: Research market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- CRM Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our Customer Relationship Management system.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in outside sales or business development.
- Schedule: Must be available and willing to work night shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, persuasive demeanor.
- Motivation: Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by commission-based income.
- Tools: Proficient in using Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM platforms.
