Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify new leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling.
- Conduct product demonstrations and clearly articulate the value proposition to prospective customers.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Manage and update the CRM system (Salesforce/HubSpot) with accurate prospect data and activity logs.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas consistently.
- Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.).
- Self-motivated with a high level of resilience and drive to succeed.
- Available for full-time, on-site work in San Diego.
