Responsibilities
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns to generate new business leads via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients to showcase value propositions.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to close sales agreements and meet monthly quotas.
- Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline within the Salesforce CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine targeting strategies and improve lead quality.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive retention and upsell opportunities.
- Document all customer interactions and sales activities accurately and timely.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or customer service preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a team-oriented atmosphere.
