Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify sales leads through inbound/outbound calls, emails, and CRM management
- Build strong client relationships while presenting product solutions tailored to customer needs
- Meet/exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and conversion metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
- Document all interactions and sales activities in Salesforce with precision
- Participate in weekend shift training and team performance reviews
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience with proven track record
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office Suite
- Ability to thrive in weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 9am-6pm) with flexibility
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making mindset
- BA/BS degree or equivalent professional certification
