Qualifications
- 2+ years proven retail or sales experience with verifiable track record
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in retail POS systems and CRM software
- Valid Washington state driver's license (for occasional store transfers)
- College degree in business/marketing preferred but not required
- Strong numeracy and cash handling accuracy
