Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify leads through multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed quarterly revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling techniques
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine value propositions
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track sales activities and pipeline metrics
- Present product demonstrations and negotiate win-win agreements
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and optimize conversion strategies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B inside sales experience with track record of exceeding quotas
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce experience strongly preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles
- Results-driven mindset with analytical approach to problem-solving
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
