Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new leads through outbound calling and email campaigns.
- Present company products and services to potential clients to uncover their needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure retention and upselling.
- Manage customer information accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and campaigns.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or telemarketing is highly preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
