What You Will Do

Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Manage inbound sales inquiries during weekend shifts with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Present product demonstrations and clearly articulate the value proposition to prospective clients.
- Close sales opportunities and negotiate contracts to meet monthly revenue targets.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads using our CRM software.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies based on performance data.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Friday-Sunday) with reliability and punctuality.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
