Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through strategic outbound calling and digital prospecting

- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining 95%+ customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Track performance metrics and provide weekly sales pipeline reports

Qualifications
- 3+ years of inside sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Strong negotiation skills and closing techniques
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Valid US work authorization and clean background check
- College degree preferred or equivalent sales certifications
