Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting and cold calling to generate new business leads in the Seattle and NC markets.
- Identify and qualify potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations via phone and video conferencing.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals and maximize revenue.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities using Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or appointment setting.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a commission-based role.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and capable of working independently during night shifts.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
