Responsibilities
- Initiate and manage high-volume outbound sales calls and emails to qualified leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Identify and close new business opportunities within the local and regional markets.
- Utilize CRM software to track interactions, update records, and forecast sales performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or account management.
- Strong ability to communicate persuasively and build rapport quickly.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) with a flexible schedule.
- High level of resilience, self-motivation, and goal-oriented thinking.
- Proficiency with computers and basic software applications.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation (optional for remote outreach but preferred).
