Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through high-volume outbound calls and digital outreach strategies.
- Consult with prospective clients to identify their specific needs and recommend tailored solutions.
- Close sales over the phone, exceeding daily and weekly targets.
- Update and maintain accurate client data in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the morning team to ensure seamless lead handoff.
- Participate in daily training sessions to refine sales techniques and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales, telemarketing, or customer service (1+ years preferred).
- Ability to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) on a full-time basis.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and CRM experience is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a hunger for financial growth and uncapped earnings.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
