Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue Growth: Execute high-volume outbound prospecting calls to generate qualified leads and secure new business opportunities.
- Consultative Selling: Utilize consultative selling techniques to present our premium solutions and overcome client objections effectively.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all client interactions, opportunities, and activities within our CRM system.
- Client Retention: Follow up with prospects and existing clients to ensure satisfaction, answer inquiries, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on daily sales metrics, call volumes, and conversion rates to meet and exceed weekly targets.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align on campaign strategies and provide feedback on market trends.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in inside sales, customer service, or retail sales preferred.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse clients.
- Goal-Oriented: A demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and be flexible with shifts.
- Self-Motivation: High level of self-discipline, time management, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
