Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new business leads using various inbound and outbound channels.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients to understand their needs.
- Nurture leads through the sales pipeline to close deals and achieve monthly quotas.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system (Salesforce).
- Attend daily sales huddles and training sessions to sharpen skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or a related field (Candidates with no experience but high drive will be considered).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (optional for remote/in-office hybrid).
