Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach
- Exceed monthly sales targets by 110%+ through consultative selling and objection handling
- Maintain detailed CRM records (Salesforce) with 100% data accuracy and activity tracking
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales strategies
- Attend bi-weekly night shift team meetings and quarterly performance reviews
- Develop deep product knowledge to position solutions against competitors
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales experience with proven quota achievement
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport remotely
- Track record of exceeding targets in high-volume sales environments
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data analysis tools
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (7 PM - 4 AM CST)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales certification preferred
