Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients to identify and assess their needs.
- Present and demonstrate products or services tailored to customer requirements.
- Close sales and secure contracts within defined targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve weekly and monthly sales goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or retail (preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) as required.
- Self-motivated with a drive to exceed targets.
- Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
