We are currently seeking a Direct Hire Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business through outbound prospecting, managing a pipeline of qualified leads, and converting prospects into loyal customers. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, a competitive base salary, and uncapped commission structure.
Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate new business opportunities.
- Manage and nurture a consistent pipeline of leads using our CRM software (Salesforce experience preferred).
- Present product demonstrations and tailored solutions to prospective clients to address their specific pain points.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and technical teams to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and drive upsell opportunities.
- Document all customer interactions and sales activities accurately in the company database.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in inside sales, business development, or account management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a commission-driven environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and able to work independently with a strong sense of urgency.
- Ability to handle rejection professionally and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
