Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume prospecting and cold calling to generate new leads within the Los Angeles territory.
- Conduct face-to-face or virtual presentations to demonstrate the value of our products/services.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets for base salary and commission.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales pitches and strategies.
- Manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM software to track progress.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in outside sales, business-to-business (B2B), or direct sales.
- Proven ability to cold call, network, and close deals consistently.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel.
- Self-motivated with a hunger for financial growth and career advancement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
