Qualifications
- 3+ years of direct sales experience in retail or B2B environments
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (preferred)
- Spanish language skills (highly desirable for Tucson market)
