Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers warmly, identifying their needs and providing tailored product recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves to ensure product availability.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to meet individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe sales floor environment.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure a seamless transition.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred, but not required for high performers.
- Ability to work flexible night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and math skills for cash handling.
- Reliable transportation is required.
